Anastasia House 1, in the immediate vicinity of the center, is a luxuriously equipped apartment, with fenced yard and private parking. The apartment is located in the basement (4 steps below the level of the yard) and has a pleasant veranda with garden view, where guests can enjoy peace and quiet. The living room is spacious and has a sitting set, TV, one bed with drawer and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge), and between it and the living room there is a dining table with chairs. In the separate bedroom there is one double bed. The bathroom is modernly decorated and has a hydromassage cabin. The apartment has an electric floor cooling system.
