It is a family duplex apartment (80m2), suitable for one or two families. At the entrance to the apartment there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub and equipped kitchen (dishes, glasses, cutlery etc.) with a spacious dining room and a large fridge. The lobby from which you enter the two separate bedrooms has a sofa bed. In the first bedroom there is one double bed more and two single beds, while in the other one is a double and two single beds. Each room has access to its terrace overlooking the street, and a terrace with seating furniture is also in front of the front door.
